Priska's Shipping Policy

All of our frozen products are shipped in specially designed, reusable containers with frozen gel packs.

Due to the high cost of shipping perishable items, we have a minimum order requirement of $30.00.

Since these frozen items are highly perishable, based on weight of the items ordered and the distance it will be shipped, Priskas.com will find the most cost effective shipping method for you. Costs will vary. There is also a $6.95 handling fee automatically added to all orders. However, for all orders over $45, the handling fee will be waived and an automatic discount of $6.95 will show up in the shopping cart under the item total.

Your order subtotal does not include the cost of shipping. The cost of shipping is determined after the order is packed and weighed. The completed order subtotal, including the shipping cost, will be emailed to you at the time of shipping.

Please note: We use the largest reusable shipping containers currently available. However, very large orders may require more than one shipping container.

If you are in need of quick delivery, such as 3 Day Select or 2nd Day Air, simply notify us via email or in our comment box on the ordering page.

Currently, we ship only with UPS and offer five different delivery options:

• UPS Ground Service - delivers only on business days and takes 1- 7 business days.
• UPS 3 Day Select - delivers within 3 business days.
• UPS 2nd Day Air- delivers by the end of the 2nd business day.
• UPS Next Day Air Saver- delivers by 3pm the next business day.
• UPS Next Day Air - delivers by 10:30am the next business day.

For shipments to the west coast of the United States, we also employ Fedex Home Delivery due to their Saturday delivering schedule.

Here is a shipping time table to explain how long shipping should take to different areas:

• Region 1 - UPS Ground should deliver within one business day.
• Region 2 - UPS Ground should deliver within two business days.
• Region 3 - UPS Ground should deliver within three business days.
3 Day Select or 2nd Day Air is recommended during the summer months.
• Region 4 - UPS Ground should deliver within four business days.
3 Day Select or 2nd Day Air is recommended during the summer months.
• Region 5, 6 & 7 - UPS Ground should deliver in five, six or seven business days.
We recommend UPS 3 Day Select, 2 Day Air or Next Day Air shipping to ensure quality, especially to the southern states of this region. During the summer months, Next Day Air delivery will be necessary.
