At Priska's Breads N' More, we strive for customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience any problems with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please note, our refund policy is as follows:
If you received any damaged goods or were charged for items that you did not received, the person who placed the order must contact us (either via phone or email) within 10 business days (two weeks not including weekends as we do not hold weekend hours) of when the order was delivered to receive a refund.
The following exceptions apply to our refund policy, as we cannot guarantee the quality of our products under certain circumstances:
The wrong shipping address was provided.
The order was not received directly and left outside at the door.
Products or quantities were selected in error by the customer.
We were not contacted within 10 business days.
When it comes to our grocery items, we will only accept items that have been unopened. Most importantly, our par-baked, frozen goods are heat sensitive and perishable, which is why we have recommended certain shipping for different areas at different times of the year.
Lastly, we cannot issue a refund if the order was received intact and as described but the goods were not to the recipient's personal taste. For example, if you simply did not like one of our products or if you thought you were ordering something different, we do not offer any refund.
Please note the following: If a shipping method is selected other than one recommended, please be aware it is at your own risk as we cannot guarantee freshness and, therefore, cannot issue a refund.

Priskas.com cannot refund shipping feeds for any order that was delivered properly.
