If the products arrive defrosted, fully bake them immediately and then refreeze for long-term storage.

Pretzel, Pretzel Roll and Pretzel Baguettes

Fully defrost the pretzel product; bake immediately at 250ºF for 5 - 7 minutes. To coat the pretzel with salt, first moisten the pretzel surface (sprayed with water or wiped lightly with wet towel) and press the moistened surface of the pretzel into a layer of salt (salt should be provided, if more is needed coarse salt is best) evenly spread in a pan or paper towel. Bake as above.

Bread

Fully defrost the bread (approx. 4 hours). Preheat baking oven to 375ºF and bake loaf/loaves for 10 - 15 minutes. Baking is enhanced by tossing a half cup of water into the bottom of the stove to create steam. Prolonging the baking time enriches the browning of the loaves but should be watched carefully to avoid over-baking.

Rolls

Fully defrost the rolls, and then bake at 375ºF for 10 - 20 minutes, depending on the degree of desired browning.

Pastries

Fully defrost and bake according to instructions provided on the label of each product.
